John O’Ryan Surveyors S.A. specializes in quality control, quantity control and certification of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of products and raw materials, which allow us to meet the needs and optimize the management of our clients.

Through the responsibility acquired with our clients and with our employees, John O’Ryan Surveyors S.A. carries out and develops its processes within a framework of quality of service. To this end, it establishes the following commitments:

  • Comply with the legal requirements applicable to the activities carried out under the quality areas, as well as other requirements subscribed to by the organization.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of our customers by meeting their requirements.
  • Continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in the company, identifying improvement opportunities, evaluating the need for resources and assigning them when appropriate.


This policy has been established based on an analysis of its organizational context and its strategic direction, being the responsibility of the General Manager and all members of John O’Ryan Surveyors S.A. to ensure its compliance, as well as the operation and maintenance of the GSC.

EL PRINCIPIO QUE NOS DEFINE
DESDE 1980

Historia

En 1980, John O'Ryan Rocuant, fundador de nuestra empresa, se incorporó a la entonces recién creada Corporación del Cobre de Chile, CODELCO, donde le correspondió formar la unidad destinada a controlar, tanto en Chile como en el exterior, las exportaciones de cobre no refinado y sus subproductos.Posteriormente, decide asociarse con empresarios británicos para la formación y desarrollo de una empresa de supervisión y certificación internacional, alianza que duró hasta el año 1986, en el cual decide continuar con el desarrollo de la empresa en forma autónoma.
A partir de 1989, junto con el comienzo de la exportación de astillas de madera chilena, John O'Ryan Surveyors inicia su camino hacia la especialización en el control y certificación de dicha materia prima.Durante este tiempo, no solo nos hemos transformado en líderes de control de calidad de astillas de madera en Sudamérica, si no que además, hemos prestado nuestros servicios en diferentes etapas de la transformación de la madera y productos derivados.
